This sense of disconnection has resulted in a 400% increased use of antidepressants in the last decade. Worse yet, over 30% of millennials suffer from some form of depression. It doesn’t have to be this way.
The more technology connects us,
the more isolated we become.
As algorithms replace the need for physical interaction, we continue to lose opportunities to build communities of real connection, interacting with fewer and fewer people.
